Requires:
Synopsis
Description
An autoflag tool performs automatic synthesis flagging operations within
CASA. A separate autoflag tool needs to be created for each separate
measurement set for which processing is to be performed.
| autoflag | Construct an autoflag tool from a MeasurementSet |
| settimemed | Sets up the time-median flagging method |
| setnewtimemed | Sets up the new time-median flagging method |
| setdata | Set the data parameters selection for subsequent processing |
| setfreqmed | Sets up the freq-median flagging method |
| setsprej | Sets up the spectral rejection flagging method |
| setuvbin | Sets up the UV Binner flagging method |
| open | Attaches tool to another measurement set |
| run | Executes a flagging run |
| summary | Prints a summary of active methods |
| help | Prints help on available flagging methods |
| reset | Disables specific flagging methods |
| resetall | Disables all flagging methods |
| setspwid | Set spectral window ID |
| setfield | Set Fields to flag |
| setfreqs | Set frequency to flag |
| setchans | Set channels to flag |
| setcorr | Set correlations to flag |
| setantenna | Set antenna(s) by name to flag |
| setantennaID | Set antennas(s) by id to flag |
| setbaseline | Set baseline to flag |
| settimerange | Set time ranges to flag |
| setautocorrelation | Set whether to flag autocorrelation |
| settimeslot | set which timeslots to flag |
| setdtime | Set the uncertainty for timeslot flagging |
| setclip | Set the clip range |
| setflagrange | set the flag range |
| setquack | Get rid of data at the beginning of scans (VLA only) |
| setunflag | Unflag data rather than flag it |
| setnewselector | Make a new selector used by autoflag |
