2.1.1 Prints help on available flagging methods
Description

This function prints a summary of the available flagging methods and their parameters. Use help() with no arguments to get help of all methods, or help("method names") for specific ones.

names	Names of methods (all methods, if omitted)
	allowed:	string
	Default:

Returns
bool
