Frequently Asked Questions About DISH

1.
What is DISH?

DISH is a collection of Glish scripts and clients which provide an environment within AIPS++ intended to be used for single dish radioastronomy analysis.

2.
How can I learn about DISH?

The best way to get started with DISH is to read the Single Dish Analysis chapter of the Generic Processing (Volume 2) page, and the GBT Standard Data Reduction Guide of the Telescope Specific Processing page. These are available from the Documentation link on the main AIPS++ web page, http://aips2.nrao.edu.

Please E-mail any comments or questions about AIPS++ to aips2-request@nrao.edu.
