table.putvarcol - Function
3.2.1 put a specific column (for variable arrays)
Description
putcol can only used if values in the column cells to put have the same shape.
putvarcol addresses this limitation by passing the values as a record instead
of an array. Each field in the record contains the value for a column cell. So
the length of the record has to match the number of rows to put. If a value is
the unset value, no put is done for that row.

tb.flush()
This example copies the values from row 0-9 to row 10-19.
