    CASA Helpdesk: The ALMA and NRAO Helpdesks are the primary points of contact for questions regarding the use of CASA or the pipeline for the reduction of your ALMA, VLA, or VLBA data. Please submit a ticket to help.almascience.org (ALMA) or help.nrao.edu (NRAO - VLA/VLBA) and staff will iterate with you to solve your issue.

    CASA Feedback: We welcome feedback from our users, which you can send to casa-feedback_at_nrao.edu. Emails sent to casa-feedback_at_nrao.edu will directly reach the CASA team, which will take your suggestions into consideration. casa-feedback_at_nrao.edu is not intended for one-on-one interactions with staff, so for casa-related questions, please use the Helpdesks.
