Typing help par.<parameter> provides a brief description of a given parameter <parameter>.

  CASA <46>: help par.robust
  Help on function robust in module parameter_dictionary:

  robust()
    Brigg’s robustness parameter.

    Options: -2.0 (close to uniform) to 2.0 (close to natural)
