8.3.4.1 Tsys scaling

If the nominal Tsys measurement at the telescope is wrong due to incorrect calibration, the scale function allows it to be corrected.

  scans.scale(1.05,tsys=True) # by default only the spectra are scaled  
                              # (and not the corresponding Tsys) unless tsys=True
