The ALMA and NRAO Helpdesks are the primary points of contact for questions regarding the use of CASA or the pipeline for the reduction of your ALMA, VLA, or VLBA data. Please submit a ticket to help.almascience.org (ALMA) or help.nrao.edu (NRAO - VLA/VLBA) and staff will iterate with you to solve your issue.
We welcome feedback from our users at casa-feedback_at_nrao.edu. Emails sent to casa-feedback_at_nrao.edu will be handled by the CASA team. Please note that casa-feedback_at_nrao.edu is not a Helpdesk system, hence not intended for one-on-one interaction with staff on issues that require immediate resolution.
