Previous: Purpose
The highest priority for the project at this time is scientific
completeness, and planning for release v1.5 has been undertaken in
keeping with this objective. Maintaining a sound infrastructure in the
project is important however, and infrastructure work has been
scheduled for this cycle carefully; primarily in areas which are vital
for the long-term vitality of the project, or which are in the
critical path for application development.
