Construct a bimams tool

Synopsis
bimams(msname)

Description
This is used to construct a bimas tool associated with a measurement set. A Glish variable containing the tool functions of bimams is returned.

Arguments

msname		Name of the measurement set on disk to associate with this bimams tool
		Allowed:	Disk measurement set name

Returns
bimams tool

Example

# construct a bimams tool and assign it to a Glish variable named bms
bms := bimams('sgrb2n.ms');
