Retrieve the DATA_DESCRIPTION subtable as a table tool.

Returns
Table tool

Example

# construct a bimams tool and assign it to a Glish variable named bms
bms := bimams('neptune.ms');
# browse its DATA_DESCRIPTION subtable
bms.ddtable().browse();
