Show the baseline fit


Synopsis
bshape()


Description
This function will use the values of nfit and nregion to evaluate a polynomial fit on the spectrum in globalscan1. It will display this fit overlayed on the spectrum. This is effectively doing a d.base with the action set to 'show'. To subtract the fit after displaying it, use d.baseline.



Returns
Boolean


Example
- d.nfit(2)
- d.setregion()
Use the left button to set location, right button to exit
region =  [23 152 300 644 807 1009]
- d.bshape()
- d.baseline()
