Emit an event describing the toolkitlist for this Viewer tool

emittoolkitlist()

None


Description

This function simply makes the Viewer tool emit an event with the name 'toolkit', with the event value being the return value of a call to the toolkitlist function. Typically this is used internally to synchronise all GUIs which display a list of the available tools and their mappings.

This function is normally used internally only.
