Display adjustment panel for Viewerdisplaydata tools

Description

In the default mode this function creates and shows a graphical user interface for each Viewerdisplaydata tool which is registered for display on this Viewerdisplaypanel tool. If the name of a Viewerdisplaydata tool is given only it's graphical user interface will be displayed. The nice thing about creating the adjustment panels in this way is that they can be instantly remapped to the screen even if the user has hit the ``Dismiss'' button. Generally, other methods of obtaining the Viewerdisplaydata tool GUIs result in GUIs which have ``Done'' buttons.
