This function should be used to set the internal state of a Viewerdisplaypanel tool, according to the field names of the record returned by the getoptions tool function. Installing new options on a Viewerdisplaypanel tool will generally cause the refresh (that is, a total re-drawing) of any Viewerdisplaydata tools registered on the Viewerdisplaypanel tool. This is because modifying the options will cause a change in the appearance of the data.
