Create and (probably) show a new graphical user interface for this tool's Viewercanvasprintmanager tool

Synopsis
newcanvasprintmanagergui(parent, show, hasdismiss, hasdone, widgetset)

Arguments

parent		parent frame in which to place the Viewercanvasprintmanager tool
		Allowed:	agent or F
		Default:	F
show		show the Viewercanvasprintmanager tool?
		Allowed:	boolean
		Default:	T
hasdismiss		add a "Dismiss" button to the GUI?
		Allowed:	boolean
		Default:	F
hasdone		add a "Done" button to the GUI?
		Allowed:	boolean
		Default:	F
widgetset		Widgetserver tool to use to build the GUI
		Allowed:	Widgetserver tool or unset
		Default:	unset

Returns
tool having Viewerstandardgui interface

Description

This function will create a new graphical user interface which can be used to control this Viewerdisplaypanel tool's Viewercanvasprintmanager tool. By default, the GUI is placed on the screen, although it can be constructed for later use.
