Is there a clear button on the listbox popup.

Arguments

tOrF		Is there a clear button
		Allowed:	T or F

Description
If this is true, then a clear button is present next to the listbox popup which, when pressed, clears the contents of the combobox (deleting them all and clearing the entry). Otherwise, there is no graphical way to clear the contents of the combobox. The default behavior is to have a clear button, or F.
