(EVENT) Turn on or off the horizontal scrollbar

Synopsis
hscrollbar(torf)

Arguments

torf		Show a horizontal scrollbar?
		Allowed:	Boolean

Description
This is an event which turns on or off the horizontal scrollbar.

Example

# lbc is a previously created listboxcontainer
# turn off the horizontal scrollbar
lbc->hscrollbar(F);
# turn it back on
lbc->hscrollbar(T);
