Select an item in the menu by index


Synopsis
selectindex(idx)


Arguments

idx The menu item index
Allowed: Integer


Returns
Bool



Description

This tool function selects a menu item by its index. It is equivalent to selecting the item with the GUI interface. If the index is invalid, it returns F.



Example
- labels := "Absolute RelRef RelCen";
- f := frame();
- m := optionmenu(f, labels);
- m.selectindex(3);
- m.getname();
