AIPS++ widget to view Glish records

Description

This AIPS++ widget allows the user to view a Glish record in a canvas. The recordbrowserwidget is AIPS++ aware and will display tables and arrays (beyond certain limits) using the tablebrowser and arraybrowser respectively.
