epochgui()

Description
epochgui starts a GUI for manipulating astronomical epochs. It can be started from the command line, or from the main GUI interface (see gui function), which also describes the layout and use of the different fields in the GUI.
Conversion will sometimes need additional frame information. If either reference code is one of the following, the frame information needed is:
position
LAST, LMST
