GUI for manipulating direction measures

directiongui()

Description
directiongui starts a GUI for manipulating astronomical directions. It can be started from the command line, or from the main GUI interface (see gui function), which also describes the layout and use of the GUI.
Conversion will sometimes need additional frame information. If either reference code is one of the following, the frame information needed is:
epoch
all but J2000, B1950, GALACTIC, SUPERGAL, ECLIPTIC
position
HADEC, AZEL
