Get Earth Orientation Parameters solution


Synopsis
ierseop97()


Description
Load the table with the IERS 97 C04 solution for the Earth Orientation Parameters. The table used is IERSeop97. The table will start at 1962, and run as far as calculations by the IERS have proceeded.



Example 
- include 'measuresdata.g'
- ierseop97()
