Description
The receiver cal tables contain measured TCAL values for a HIGH and LOW cal as a function of
frequency for each receptor. In early GBT data, the IF FITS file lacked the information
to determine which cal was appropriate. This flag is used to signal, for that old data,
which cal value to use. It is ignored for current data since the IF fits file fully
specifies which TCAL value is used. When this flag is true and the IF FITS file is missing
this information, the HIGH cal value is used.
