Construct an dragon tool

Synopsis
dragon(ms)

Description
This is used to construct dragon tools associated with a MeasurementSet. The dragon tool may then be used to generate various types of images. Note that a new executable is started every time the constructor is called.

This returns a Glish variable containing the tool functions of dragon.

Arguments

ms		MeasurementSet to be processed
		Allowed:	Table name

Returns
dragon tool
