Make a standard MeasurementSet that can be used for experimentation


Synopsis
qimagermaketestms(msfile)


Description
A standard dataset is converted from a FITS file to a MeasurementSet. The dataset used is an observation of 3C273 at 8GHz using the C-configuration of the VLA. It is part of the AIPS++ distribution.



Returns
Bool


Arguments

msfile Name of output ms
Allowed: String
Default: '3C273XC1.ms'


Example 
qimagermaketestms('MY3C273.ms')
