Perform a test of single dish imaging from a standard MeasurementSet

Synopsis
qimagersdtest()

Description
Perform a test. The dataset used is an observation of the Cygnus region at 800 MHz using the GBT. It is part of the AIPS++ distribution.

The test does the following:

• The GBT FITS files that are to be read in are in a standard place in the AIPS++ data respository.
• The MeasurementSet is created using the gbtmsfiller
• The data are calibrated using gbtcal.
• Two images are constructed: the data gridded and the weights gridded.
• The image calculator is used to normalize by the weights image.
