Test Levenberg-Marquardt loop

Synopsis
fitted(id)

Arguments

id	in	the id of a sub-tool
		Allowed:	fitter id
		Default:	0

Returns
bool

Description
Test if enough Levenberg-Marquardt loops have been done. It returns T (true) if no improvement possible.
