System resources setup - aipsmgr/user

Description
These variables determine the available system resources. They should normally reside in the $AIPSHOST/aipsrc (resources) or in the $AIPSSITE/aipsrc (time).

Example

system.resources.numcpu:     2
system.resources.memory:     16
system.time.tzoffset:        +10:30

specifies that the local time zone is ten and a half hours ahead of UTC.

Aipsrc Variables

system.resources.numcpu	number of cpu's on machine
	Allowed:	number
	Default:	1
system.resources.memory	amount of memory on machine in Mb
	Allowed:	number
	Default:	64
system.time.tzoffset	time zone offset
	Allowed:	$\pm$ hh mm
	Default:	00:00 (soon system defined)
system.aipscenter	Where to send problems/questions, same as system.aipscentre
	Allowed:	namerica, australia, or europe
	Default:	namerica
system.aipscentre	Where to send problems/questions, same as system.aipscenter
	Allowed:	namerica, australia, or europe
	Default:	namerica
system.local.contact	Whom to send local questions/problems
	Allowed:	any valid email address for an AIPS++ expert
	Default:	aips2-help
system.local.registered	Which versions of AIPS++ have been registered
	Allowed:	linux_egcs, sun4sol_egcs, sgi_ntv, etc...
	Default:	none
