Applications integration

This includes development aimed at improving the overall integration of applications in AIPS++ in a common framework, using common interfaces and services.

Targets

Use guientry.g in regionmanager.g
Modify the regionmanager custom GUI to use the services provided by guientry.g. (NK, H, 1 wk).

Add WSRT Glish components
Add profiler, tracelogger, inspect and glishhelp Glish components to the main package. Adjust to conform with integration guidelines. (JN, H, 3wk).
