Applications integration

This includes development aimed at improving the overall integration of applications in AIPS++ in a common framework, using common interfaces and services.

History propagation: Develop infrastructure for history propagation. (RP, H, 3 wk).

Programmer documentation: Update the existing programmer documentation. (AK, H, 1 wk).
