Testing the build

Testing the build is broken down into two phases,

1.

Test the release build

As aips2mgr; run testsuite
As a user; run assay().trytests()
As a user; exercise the tool manager
As aips2mgr; run linkscan

2.

Test an installed ISO image

Excersize the install procedures for linux and solaris
run assay().trytests
excersize the tool manager
take a random walk through the documentation
