Description
This class tests the randomnumbers tool by running all the
functions and comparing the output with expected values. It does
not no do a full statistical analysis. It will send, to the
logger, an list of the tests being done and whether it succeeded
or failed. This function will terminate, and return a fail,
whenever a test does not succeed.
