Synopsis
timeouts()

Description
Normally some crucial events are just awaited. It is possible to set a timeout for some of the events. Normally this should not be needed except in debugging. The events are:

create: Create a server
close: Close a tool
done: Close a server
makeplot: Make a plot server

Returns
Record of timeouts
