prm

Delete entries from the printer queue.

Synopsis

prm [-P printer] job1 [job2 ...]

Description

prm deletes entries from a printer queue. If no printer is specified via the -P option, the printer is that returned by the prd (p[*]) command.

Options

-Pprinter
Printer to use instead of the default.

Examples

The commands

   prq
   prm 578

would list the contents of the default queue and then delete job number 578.
