Module for GBT data processing

Description
Various functions and tools for processing GBT logs and data. Most can be invoked either from within Glish or from the UNIX command line. Both forms are documented here.

Functions
gbtlogfiller Join GBT logs into a single AIPS++Table
gbtlogview View GBT logs

Tools
dcr A tool for analyzing DCR data from the GBT.
gbtmsfiller A tool for filling GBT data to an aips++ MeasurementSet.
